Triggers

My next problem is that my triggers are becoming buggy.

I have a trigger dialogue when a unit died, but even if he's not dead the dialogue will still trigger in some turn.

The next one is the trigger when one of three dies all the unit in ur team will die to so it's instant lose when one of them died

The problem is that when I put them on the position where I supposed to have an add object trigger , they will be replaced by the added object.

That should not happen since the unit that is in the spot of the add object trigger should stop the trigger.
