Ghost - Summonable unit for undeads

Hp - 15, immune to fire.
Attack - 10, no bonuses.
Range - 1.
Armor - 0/0.
Dodges - 35% melee, 35% ranged, 100% counter.
Speed - 3 (same on water).
Sight - 5.

Abilities:
100% regen - Passively restores at the beginning of turn its hp to full.
Vanishing 4.

Tree question :
It it visible, if yes can turn to invisible?
Can cross walls?
No bonus?
The dodge is good with counter Still an elite orc can one hit kill if lucky.
The rest depends of Wat unit summons it, cool down and the difference between a buildable ghost in "barracks" (we can have both, can't we)

I need this for one unique and one elite-like undead unit.
Yes visible, no ways to become invisible.
No bonus because it will be spammable (no cooldown).
It is designed not for damaging but for shielding and for "hell of pain by sacrifice" ability and some other
Ofc it can't cross walls and such. But it will have same speed in water (it hovers above ground).

If we make "terrainwalkType:flying" (something like that, but you get it) but won't add "CAN_FLY" in special in JSON then it would move like flying unit, but all units will do full damage on it without having bonus.
I think that flying units can pass through walls, as well as mountains and other stuff.

I'm using this a lot in AoG.

Nono i need this current to be not able to actually fly or like that. It just hovers above the ground. Also about flying - dragons which can fly can't fly through walls and such.
Because i have few more ideas for reusing of units for undeads and one my idea (i will publish later it, something like death knight from warcraft 3 it will be) will have 3 ways of using units aroung it.
