There were tech that will make some units sthelth-instand,I will make this tech required to make this type of units. They are standard alphas,but they using uniforms made of special material,that turn it colour into clour of background.
Same stats as alpha,but 3 cost and stelth.
Cost:3
Hp: 17
Attack: 8
Range: 1
Armor:0
Bio armor:0
Speed: 3
Sight: 4

I think that humans will have mines as sthelth unit,and reptilians will have those.

I'm assuming these basic units get a bonus vs buildings? That sounds like fun with stealthed infantry like this. I could have some tactical enjoyment with sneaking these guys around.
I'd also suggest a stealthy scout for reptilians, like AoS spy and AoF undead shades.

No,I think buldings should mostly be destroyed by artillery and bombers,those are more to try to attack enemy's back units,mostly spellcasters,or just attack unexpected on not prepared enemy.

Need tech "Colour-changing textile" (if you have better name,suggest it), that cost 4 turns.
I think it can cost two,becouse it don't gets demolition grenades,and needs tech.
