We once agreed that the range should not be higher than 7 for weapons. This was decided across the board, i.e. for the ships and other guns.
you say that the heavy aa's are very strong. The moment they have a longer range, the heavy AAs become even more powerful.

At the moment most heavy bombers should be dead in 2-3 shots.
In doing so, we broke the dominance of the heavy bombers who had previously reduced everything to rubble.

I wouldn't make a difference between dive, fighter and torpedo planes, they are the same planes and always have a similar speed. the fighters are faster and therefore harder to hit.
In addition, at the moment we only see a kind of placeholder value for the AA units, the actual value is generated by the bonuses

But with the large ranges of 6-7, I think the idea of working with probabilities is good.
