Himars broken

The himars Was nerfed and has now a range of 3, which is the range for mortars and wwii field Guns, but the soviet Luna, which has lower range irl, has range 9.

It should be the same range As the m270 mlrs (6), because it uses the exact same missiles. Lower rate of fire himars compared to 270 is probably justified. And maybe it makes sense to give himars only one action, but powers like ATACAMS to launch it's longer range missile (comparable to the tomahawk Power)
Again, himars and m270 use the missiles irl. Différent range is not justified
