Map editor unit - politician IMPLEMENTED

I think it'd be good to have a politician unit for the map editor. Just a man in a suit, maybe try to add some kinds of sci-fi element to it too.

You ask where they are? If so, then probably at a speech or debate. Or they are just trying to fight with their oratorical abilities :lol:
