How to get Highborn Kobold?

This is my first post on the forum and i dont know where to ask so i put it here. I started playing this week and got almost all the Scalefolk upgrades and figured out how to get Armored Kobolds and Lizardmen etc but cant figure out how to get Highborn Archers,Swordsmen etc. I cant find a technology for it in the upgrades section and theyre not buildable. It says Laborers upgrade to Kobold Highborn but i cant figure out how to do it. Please help and thanks in advance.

Highborn currently unlocked with tech for armored kobolds.

But do not get used to them as well as to scalefolks in general.
They will be completely overhauled and revamped.

Thank you for the answer. Never knew the.Armored Kobald tech unlocked them as it seems to best easy AI i just need to pump out Kobolds and a few Snakemen. I will definetly play the revamped Scalefolk as their my fav faction theme wise but what will happen to my current scalefolk upgrades? Will they be replaced with the new ones or removed? If removed do i get my gems back?

If think we will replace them. It would work right?

In shop they will be replaced.

In map editor they could even be deleted and than placed something new (even unrelated to scalefolks) on their id.

no used gem will be lost, that's for sure
