They already used M1 Garrand from the beggining, so they don't need this tech. They can train both springfield and m1 garrand from start.

Istead of making a semi automatic rifleman why cant add the seni automatic rifle to a elite unit (panzergranatieri, soviet guard, the Sas, the japanese marine( dont remember how they were called) fallshimjager, paratrooper)
