So, if I put my skinned units on campaign, if implemented, would the skin units be the one the players who will play that campaign see?
Also, if yea. If I put the skinned units then use the other skin or the original skin on the same map (basically the skin units existing in the same map as the non skinned units), is that actually possible?

Nope, I tested this. It won't carry over the skins over to the campaign at all, regardless of whether the player has them or no.

I have been asking from stratego for option to forcibly using skins for units in campains for very long time.

there is no such option, and not easy to make, as all maps contains ONLY a unit type ID nothing else, so structural change would be needed

I am pretty sure version on Unity doesn't change map .map file format.
I think it would have to wait to .map format change (I'd bet somewhere after unity) probably along with layer addition or whatever changes are needed in map format structure to deal with all shortcomings of current one.
