Umm.....wow. overpowered much? I don't even know how to bring this to a balanced level. Looks great for a campaign hero though. High power, double strike, good hp, decent armor, absurdly high ranged and melee dodge........not to mention an aura that turns quick archers into moving meat grinders.
Could we add this for campaign purposes? I'd love to see someone make a campaign with it.. Maybe name it "Oberon" for the king of the fairies. (See "a midsummer night's dream" for an example)

Dodge is simply overpowered after a certain level and when you have no way to hit...
Put it simply...
Give it 70% counter (it reach 100% with techs) and no melee/ranged dodge since having 30% in both by techs is more than enough...
Ok for 2 action (we might also make him affected by balanced blades)
I will give it a lower starting armor since it already will gain +2/+2 from techs and lower attack since the smith techs will give a higher bonus (2 action = x2).
Consider that with a +2 cost it will be far better than any sentinel otherwise...

I suggested this for people to make maps with with (i would like to see versions for the hobbit movies really ) and because thranduil is one if my favorite characters. Although it would be cool to see him on a regular game, like how humans have king, orcs have their leader and upgrades. Sorry i didnt elaborate before, this was like a idea in my head that i had before after seeing legolas a few times in campaigns.

If i tried to make this fit for a regular game, would this be seriously discussed because my original thought was a very strong hero unit, but i like the idea of using a balanced version in reqular games.
