Wrong rounding in abilities

The bonuses for abilities (e.g. pistol shot) are calculated rounded up in the actual game but rounded down in the help file. So if late Hungarian hussar shoots a hoptile, it deals 4 damage when calculations from helpfile would indicate 3 damage dealt.
