SLOW AI: Fix Skip Animation - IMPLEMENTED

I'm playing a game on a 75x75 map with 5 othdr players that are UI players.
After I end my turn it takes about 20+ minutes for the UI players to complete their turn.
Even when skipping animation it still takes a long time to wait for the other players.
