Neutral Bandit. Roams around the map. Hostile.
Will be a good hostile unit in multiplayer as they will defend neutral towns or uncaptured areas.

Cost: 1
Hp: 14
Att: 5
spd: 3
armor: 0/0
sight: 4
bonuses:
Swordsmen Bonuses.
categories:
Medium Foot Melee, Shield Bearer, Anti-Buildings.

Why does a neutral unit need an ability of stealing? They can't use abilities in the first place.
And i don't think that is necessary to be added in it since there is already a tech of stealing.
