several updates on new units (stats) eg. flak upgrade, churchill tanks, kamikaze bonuses
also inactivated these things as needs more discussion with jasondunkel
- german new uboat
- trench to be built by workers

also i have receivedd many many crash reports from public verison palyers as some of the DEV version owners took turns in multipalyer games with the new DEV version and the new terrain "effects" are making crashes as public verison do not have those effects.

please every DEV version owner read the changellog first and if that will affect his/her multipalyer game chose one of these
a) do not take the dev veresion
b) do not take turn in those games
c) (if u have saved the previous DEV apk for yourself, install the previous one to take your turn)
