It's history... Its meant to please everybody.

I mean, if that's the case. Why not also remove German Reich and the Japanese empire or basically the Axis power.

there is a difference i think eg:
We let:
- German army
- German Reich
- Japanese empire

But we dont let:
- corpses of died units
- swastica
- "Hail hitler" sounds and texts
- concentration camps
- mass graves
so anything closely related to nacionalism and war crimes or other severe abuses.

and i was not sure the nazi salutation is closer to swastica or closer to the German army.

Is the salute more related than the organization (faction) and the units (infantry) itself to the death and massacre of the people themselves?

For me no, hell no... They aren't even comparable. A mere salutation was nothing compared to the people and the organization themselves who let those crimes happen.

And it's not like we're glorifying it, we're not the one doing the action but the units in-game themselves reminiscent of real history.

maybe you misinderstood: the swastica is a "not to use sign" everywhere irl currently, i was wandering if the salutation is the same or not.
eg. i remember recently a sportman used the salutation he got expelled for it - so maybe it is also a "not to use sign"...

Even here, the wording of Japanese empire soldiers still don't please everybody.

To give example
Many got angry on a US civil war game because they showed the Confederates and is playable.

But anyway, it's still on the artist.

Maybe Stratego is right, maybe we will going too far as Germany prevent to use or doing nazi salute for it is a great insult for them. If we will use the image doing Nazi Salute, many German Player(if we have here) will hate the game. Maybe it is historical but it is an insult until now. In Germany, according to their government, Nazi salute is prohibited.

- concrete artillery attacks like other AA (only flyers)
- the 2,4,6 tc spawners appear again
- submerge, surface transitions are clearing running effects. -> timeout will vanish.
