Add 18 hours timers option for multiplayer matches

Pretty simple, I enjoy quicker games, but I realize not everyone enjoys the privilege of being able to consistently play in under and up to 12 hours. Understandable, because most adults, which I believe is majority of the playerbase; cannot commit to 12 hour timers due to sleep and work which when combined, take at least 16 hours on average in the world. Thus I request some *wiggle room* without the extra 6 hours that may make a game longer and so, worse for those who want a quick match as well as realistic time intervals for a turn.

That being said: Why not just allow us to set a specific amount that we can edit between 00:00-23:59 hrs??
