Eliminate player trigger effect.
Like the title says, a trigger effect to eliminate an individual player, without necessarily declaring victory. It is now necessary because we can have multiplayer scenarios, and declaring victory for the player isn't going to work in a free for all regicide type game with 3+ players.

Can't you just:
Effect: Delete all units of player nr1
It will delete all of the player's units, effectively resulting in a loss.

Re: Eliminate player trigger effect.
There's a slight difference between announce victory and announce defeat. If there are 3 players in a "kill the king" game, that difference becomes pronounced. Player 1 eliminates the king of player 3, but player 2 is just fine. We can't declare victory for player 1 because player 2 is still in the game, but player 3 needs to be eliminated.

Easy: That case set the rule as both enemy kings must be dead.
