I was thinking about hobgoblins and bugbears, but both hobgoblins and bugbears should be stronger than regular goblins (bugbears should be even stronger than orcs as i remember), i think we might call it just goblin peasant. Should that be a unit made by the army or just a decoration for maps?

Hobgoblins and bugbear are different races of the same kind of orcs and goblins
Hobgoblins are like very big goblins and much smarter and bugbears are similar to hairy orcs :D

We should add hobgoblin and bugbears. Don't know what they could be used for but I'm sure you'll figure something out.

Well if you want to know my ideas then here:
Hobgoblin basher+upgrades
Hob goblin mob boss-hobgoblin cheiften -hob goblin warchief
Bugbear darter+upgrades
Hobgoblin murauder
Hobgoblin brigand
Bugbear trapper
Bugbear hunger
Bugbear shaman
Hobgoblin trickster
Hobgoblin arsonist
Goblin hut
Pick which ones youd want and we can figure out stats all have their own upgrades but like other orc upgrades you have to get goblins upgrades first before you advance hobgoblin and bugbear or it won't work.

I think bugbear could be kinda like the orc leader in size but with this new info we could probably come up with different uses for them e.g. Mace men. Hobgoblin don't seem to be that bad because they are kinda like weaker orcs.

Well I was thinking in the mean time We could come up with stats for them them they'll be ready when the time comes for them to be added when the other races have their subraces. Here's new set of goblins.
Hobgoblin darter +upgrades -blow dart gun poison passive, probably give him amphibious 1 because he could use it as a breathing tube.
Hobgoblin trickster-mage
Bugbear enforcer-mob boss-chieftain- gives +1spd to all goblins
Hobgoblin Champion+upgrades armored goblin
Bugbear murauder+upgrades macemen
Bugbear brigand+upgrades armoured with a cleaver
Hobgoblin bushwacker+upgrades stealth in forest tiles, has a knife

Also consider...

Hobgoblin Warlord (Armored and fast leader, maybe cav? )
Bugbear Jager (Powerful shot, long range, can switch to mace)
Hobgoblin Double Bladesman (2 attacks with 2 swords)
Hobgoblin Legionnaire (Heavy armor with large shield, moderate attack, throw pilum as special ability, good vs infantry and other buildings)
Bugbear Shaman (Summon Fury, Heal, Convert 30%, clear vision, disenchant,) (moderate attack 7-10), (low to moderate armor(1-3)

I say we should make bugbear shaman summon something else other then wolves. The elf wolf summoning has lost its touch due to overuse. Make it a squig.

Yes their is a wyvren and if you want to know what a way it is to to the vote page on orcs. Course you could make it summon a fury instead at the cost of a unit. You know that orc bird that's hardly used? 8-)

I have noticed! They are map editor units, but not rightly so.

Edited!

PS, I like hobgoblins and bugbears in the goblinoid armies. Makes them less viewed as pushovers.

Note: hobgoblins are as strong and smart as humans, rate their stats higher than humans but not as high as orcs it terms of physical prowess. Bugbears are larger, stronger, and faster, but less common, so maybe higher cost?

Yup, this way we can make a goblin camp, goblin den, or goblin workshop or something to that effect just for goblins.

I think that there is no need to make too many buildings or we are going to fragment too much production

We might consider a single goblin building if we have many goblin units and separate them from orc even tough in small games this can be a problem

Pikeman are necessary and having the need for 2 buildings to make pikemen and normal infantry might be a problem when you can make just one or two factories

This unless we make all kind of units for both orcs and goblins

Well, I agree with your statement. But it would be nice to play according to your flavor as well as your strategy. The goblin cave would be a production area for ALL goblinoid races, just as an orc tent produces orc associated units and an Uruk tent produces Uruk associated units.

I'm not saying i'm against that. I only think that unit production should be rethinked

For example orc cavalry units might all go to the orc tent (but warg riding might stay at the monster cave) or to both orc tent/monster's cave and squig rider/goblin batrider might go to the goblin tent
