Fell knight

Basically the undead version of the Griffin rider, wyvren rider, drake knights and any other.
Rides a zombie drake or dragon basically higher class version of death knight.

Arm:3
P.arm:3
Res:80%
Abilities:
Soul harvest: rng:5, dmg:10, bonuses: 50% living, doesn't effect non living units, cool, 1, increases this units attack by 2, for 3 turns.
Torrent of souls: rng:5, dmg:10, causes Tormented, aoe:2, effects only living units, same bonus as above. Cool:3
Bonuses:
100% animals, plants, dragons, giants

Tormented: reduces targets mental resistance by 5%, reduces actions by 1. (Basically the unit is still able to move but that's about it, unless they have more then one action.

18 damage i think is too much for a anti-cav unit. need some calculations.
Speed is waaay too high, lower it to 5-6.

As for ability we will see later a bit.
In general concept is good.

Updated. Lowered damage to 16 might lower it to 14 though.

Actually this depends on bonuses it will have:
If raptor rider's ones than even 18 is good. (150% to cavalry and 250% to imperial knight)
If elite pikemen ones than it must be 15 or less. (300% to cavalry and 400% to imperial knight)

i think that Alexander82 will use first variant and 18 damage is fine.

Could change abilities to abyssal flames and the such.

I'm for it, but I wish he had a ranged attack, as I suggested a shout like that of a banshee.
