Passive:
Lightning cloak:
Unit inflicts slowing on attacker.
Bonuses:
50% infantry melee

Could use some balancing.

Can capture buildings.

Can you make its mouth a bit less evil looking? I think that this unit attack more with its shock abilities than actual bites.

This was just an edit really of something I found, I could try and change the body's texture to that of the sea serpent.

Plus, I kinda like the way it's mouth is, the shocking is just a defensive effect while it's main attack is by biting. Designed for taking out pesky infantry over ships. Basically it's the thorn elemental of elves navy while the sea serpent is the ent warrior, if that clears things up better.

I didn't check carefully but in the end stats are often being changed upon implementations. I would give that kind of unit less hp than the sea serpent cause it is based on its special effect. Also lightning weapon later will be changed (instead of lowered speed it will give miss chance to the target).

Btw there was already a topic on electric eels, I liked that concept of cheap projectiles-like stopper

It has less health then the sea serpent I made sure of it.

I know of the other eel topic, however those are more like wolves from the druid and wolf den and I planned on making a tower for elves that could mass spawn them. Also we could give the siren them as summons too.

This however, is a much larger variant that is meant to counter naval Infantry.

Oh wait that's right, I gave it more health because it has less armour then the sea serpent. Sea serpent has 3/3 armour while this one only has 1/1 armour.

The sea serpent is also more costly and has no special ability. Anyway let's focus on the image for now.

We wanted if i remember though for sea serpent several water related abilities.

I only recall one ability which I made called scald, so those other abilities you mentioned I take it was discussed on discord.
