Peryton rider

Post by Savra »

Basically the elf counterpart to the human Pegasus rider.

It's basically a flying deer:
Cost:4
Hp:18
Atk:4
Rng:1
Sight:8
Spd:7
Act:2
Dge:A:10%/M:10%/C:50%
Arm:0
P.Arm:0
Res:40%
Bonuses:
100% battering ram, cheap archers
50% anti archer foot, siege machines, infantry melee

Effected by elf blacksmith upgrades, unaffected by elf fencing upgrades.

I do not like idea of this unit being a thrower.
Better to make him melee.

Also how many actions he has? What bonuses?

Add than that he is unaffected by fencing mastery techs or otherwise he will have when maxed out 10x2 attack which is a bit too high as for me.

Or if you want to keep that than cost must be higher.
And 0%/0% dodges must be. Dodge counter i think could be alas 70%.

Fine, but dodges should stay the same.

@makazuwr32 I think that this mount might be sort of interesting... maybe we might fuse together deer and eagle riders in a single unit?

Otherwise maybe as mounts for glades or other subs?

I was thinking that it looks a lot as something that would fit wood ones, so maybe the thinderbird could go to new moon and the firebird you wanted for rising sun.

So, you want me to make the glades ride the eagles, and the base elves ride the peryton?

If so, then I'm making a new eagle, because current one is not befitting for a glade.

No, the opposite. Glades are elite wood elves.

I might try making a peryton image starting from my current deer.

I think that is actually good idea to give peryton to glades.

I don't know, the thing about the peryton is that it's smaller then an eagle, that's why I wanted it as wood elves one over glades, being the difference in equipment.

It's basically like a pegasus, while the eagle is in comparison to a griffin.

But if you still want it for glades then that's fine too I guess.

With a glade on it I presume.

Anyway, from the image above I believe the hind legs are bird ones.

What about that? I've made it bigger than the normal deer.

Could you make the fur around the top part of the head redish brown, as well as the front feet so as to add more detail.

Nice, now I feel something should be done about the wings to give them a little more "fluff."

I actually just meant for the ends of the feathers to curl upward, like the image I posted. Currently I am working on that part to show what I mean.

I see. Maybe try making the part between the white and the blue feathers a bit more faded. Now it seems like a different body part.
