A totem (Ojibwe doodem) is a spirit being, sacred object, or symbol that serves as an emblem of a group of people, such as a family, clan, lineage, or tribe.

Totems can boost nearby allies mental resistance and produces high morale aura as well. Can be built on forest tiles.

Maybe just fervour aura (it increases mental resistance and attack)?

Yes, fervor aura could work aswell. Totems were kinda religious after all.
Its construction rate should be easy - Maybe 2 hits from a worker with ambidexteria.
