Minecart summon ability change request

Currently, the minecart abilities to summon money courrier use summon_instant spec unit action. This, in certain cases ( when there is no available tiles to place)
the ability will be used eventhough the unit is not summoned.
As a suggestion, i could say this can be solved by changing the spec summon_instant to summon which would be a draggable summon which will not use the ability in case the unit cannot be summoned.

I think it might not work properly with transformation that comes along with summon ability though.
