Advanced Mining

Tech researched in mines, cost of 6 turns.
Unlocks two more types of production in mines:
1) Precious mining: 4 or 5 turns of production, gives you a cart of valuables, randomly chosen out of silver, gold and gem carts.
2)Industrial mining: 2 turns of production, gives you a cart of either salt or minerals.
The basic 3 turn mining remains as it is.

Currently it is frustrating to constantly have a surplus of mineral carts. This way you sacrifice a significant amount of time for greater specialisation. If this is deemed too useful, it could be researched in a TC, but I feel that might be overkill.

Unfortunately - each unit has tied random production stat. It would require new units (even if clones).
That's a little dirty code-wise.
