Walls upgrade-fortified walls

Just like walls
More hp
More armor
Maybe we could add some ideas from tech section.
Maybe this could make walls too op for defending forces.
It's just an idea
Extra ecclesiam nulla salus...

Idk if this is good.

After all... They already have two tech upg plus they're easy to make.
