Hospitaller Lancer: Strong mounted knights who resist endless hordes and can even heal itself. Especially adept at dealing with cavalry.
Elite Hospitaller Lancer: Even stronger than its predecessor, the Hospitaller Lancer. Improved resilience, attack and heal. These troops can hold off an army all by themselves. Especially if they are cavalry.

Too powerful for me. Having healing wi make it to powerful against cavs because evrrycharge he could heal his self after retreating. For my just keep the lancer roles to the teutons and i dont know any hospitallers who was on horseback charging with a lance lemme do my research first

I would only decrease Hp as it is too much for a healer unit.

Ok after fast research I have concluded that this will be a nice idea but we need to guide the roles. So since the hospitallers are more of a healing/doctor order they the proposed lance r must be weamer than the teuton lancer but he have healing properties.
Sidenote maybe lets give the templars more units too or theyll stay the same cause they are the leaders of the crusaders

Too powerful.
Even unupgraded one is clearly superior to others.
I also wonder if another lancer among religious orders is needed.
Maybe shielded knight instead?
