Actually, African elephants are bigger than indians. These war beasts were employed by hannibal against rome. Later, rome would employ them too

Sure - image can be used there too.
Tower can be placed, but it really depends on the final look if it's acceptable.
Also - I just now found out proposed stats have 2 actions - it's obviously too OP.
Should be 1.

I already said something about that on the other topic
1 for bash
1 for javelin
Each one has 1 turn coldown, then u cant use one of them twice a turn
0 range for not to use 14 base power attack twice

it's just something that strikes me, how the unit shoots javelins if the unit's sprite doesn't have someone assembled holding a javelin or a spear anyway.

The iamge i posted is the reference source and the sprite endru shared is an elephant that can be used to complete this unit Sprite

Btw, since we are getting more roman units and ghe foman castrum this unit could be produced there i think, actually i think all ancient mercenariesshould be aviable to be produced at hellenic and roman structures...

That elephant sprite looks weird imo. The current one is far better realistic in figure.

Its the legs, they could b made better, also needs a skirmisher tower

My image was actually made from slightly changing real photo of african savanna elephant.
Btw. I have read something relevant.
Apparently whenever we find Mediterranean or Middle East reference to african elephants - those in 99% times meant african forest elephant and not african bush elephant.
The difference is mainly in size.
African forest elephant - 2.4m, 3 tonnes
Asian elephant (Indian) - 2.75m, 3.5 tonnes
African bush elephant (savanna) - 3.2m, 6 tonnes
So e.g. Cartage would only have access to elephants actually close to 20% smaller than known indian elephants.

Thats why i wrote that african elpehants would be cheaper but worse (because they were smaller)
Actually they eventualy got bush elephants but kinda later, when they got mahouts from other kingdoms...
This idea is just a generci mercenary mahout, one that roman could hire, or even hellenic kingdoms could.
