New leadership/special unit: Legates

The buffers of the legionaires
they are able to cast a 3by3 spell to buff legionaires and only legionaires and roman based units
they have similar stats to legionaires but have higher attack
Contemptuous legate:
Terrorize: Spell gives 1+ attack damage and movement wears off in 2-3 turns
cooldown 5 turns
Inspiring Legate
Motivate: spell gives 1+ movement and 100% loyalty wears off in 2-3 turns
cooldown 4 turns
Dutiful Legate:
Train: gives 4+ hp 1+ damage permanently in a 2by2 area does not stack
cooldown: 5-6 turns

I think this should be a more simpler unit. I disagree with having higher attack than leggionaries becuase this unit should be made for making leggionaries stronger and not used for attacking. Maybe cost 5 turns? It will increase attack by 2 and it will make leggionaries have +10% more spell resistance within a range of 2 tiles.

It could be an excellent version of the centurion but on foot.

Abilityes:dimiss propaganda,promote loyality and deromoralise

I don't understand the purpose of this unit.

I think a standard would just be better instead of new soldier like unit.

This unit after all could only be more expensive than legionary themselves so using that as reference, just making centurion is better.
