Aztec otomi

The Otomi or Otontin were an elite Aztec military order, named after the Otomi people who were renowned for their fierce fighting.

Any more on them?
Did they use particular weapon types?
Some special techniques?

Anything they were known for?

And even if we don't have anything on them in flavor point of view - what kind of role could Otomi unit uptake in game?
