carthaginian citizens and sacred band

citizens from the carthage cities used to fight in hoplite style to defend their homes...the most suitable and experienced citizens would become part of the sacred band

Not possible right now.

The best we can do is Hastati promotion style - adding such effect as weapons effect.
The problem is that triggered effect cannot have any other effect tied as related effect, so it can only apply effectAffect (stat changes).

I have already added such request about triggered effect to AoS code changes requests.
