His skin is green tinted, and is looking weird, and i suggest to make it skin tint, his head a little more noticeable, prefered to get more round and a bit larger, with faint paint on face. Ofc, a hair or a cape will look nice imo. A smaller flame maybe. Also, the second rear end of axe, is not having noticeable border.

Skin: Tried adding "Dirt" to it, to make it look even more primitive. I can remove it and give it more a cleaner effect if it is needed.

Hair or cape: I am against of adding a cape to this unit, as capes for me is reserved for assassin-like or leader units. But i'll consider adding hair.

Smaller Flame: Ok

Axe Border: I'll see to it.

The skin would be better clean than green. The hair looks mossy green, a bit loose blackish longer hair would look primitive i hope.

A semi dark outline to the flame bottom would look attractive. And the overall looks good 👌

A bit larger face (maybe extended towards bottom) with rounded edges will be better.

You planning to give animation to flame?

Face: I think it is fine.

Animation: No. I don't have the time and patience to animate sprites. You can try to animate the fire if u want to.

Please remove the moving hair and the dripping blood animation. I don't like huge animations on these unit types as it will be distracting in-game. Especially the moving hair. Dripping blood is also unnecessary for animating.

Fire is nice. But i hope it wouldn't move too fast in-game like in the gif u posted. Because it feels like the fire is dancing almost.

Fps , i think, is adjusted in script.

Removed hair waving and blood dripping. Looked nice though 😌

I also added some slightly noticeable physical effects like reflection of light on the unit body.
