what about making the tournament leagues similar to sport clubs.
I mean:
The league leader can trade the players, leagues fight each other
there is practice matches inside the leagues...
AND
every league member gets a salary in gems. after each sucxesful match they gain 10 gems
What do ya think?

Yes, and the 'salary' will offer an incentive for players to participate...

One thing, though...if someone enters the league/tournament and consistently slows down the play by not taking his/her turns in a timely manner, they need to be removed from the roster...there are a LOT of people who create or join matches and then never take a turn...it's infuriating...

Ok basing off of balint's suggestion, but keep in mind that this is still just a suggestion and only Daniel has the final say: the gems are his deal. (Also I think my idea here can be improved a bit.)

-Every league gets a payout of gems every season, which is distributed by the league director (their "salary").
-Then, depending on the size of the league, each league (and every level of organization above it) receives a gem payout for it to distribute for its championship (as far as who gets how much will depend on that league's rules - ie winner takes all, top three payout, etc.)
-The King of Strategy champion will receive gems (and maybe runner-up or so on),
-and finally the "strongest league" award comes with gem payouts to be distributed by the director ( a "salary bonus" ) And as the tournament grows with more leagues, maybe like the top however-many gets graduated payout as well. (right now the competition is limited [two leagues])

Great idea...once the organisation gets larger, we can "awards" for champion, 2nd place,etc.,...sounds good...

what about a trophy?
the trophy would be a building which can be summoned.
there would be a map where you can collect your trophies, and the person who gains the most in the season gains the title : ,,Glorious Warrior" or something like that. the title xan be put out on the forum, but it will pass from person to person every year.

Why not have 2 seasons per year? Assuming everyone sticks with it, we should be able to play a full season, playoffs and championship in a 6-month period...we could have spring season and fall season...
