Spells that require technology (crusader leader)

I have recently got the crusader leader but it says in order to hire crusaders I need a research. Is there anyway to find what it is I need?

There is a tech called "Hire Crusader" you can unlock which allows Crusader Leaders to summon crusaders.

It is found at the bottom of the column which starts with the miner.
