Maybe it could be that movies are very rarely accurate?
It's best to take what you see on film with a grain of salt.
Or maybe this is a joke of some sort.

As the Indian here,
The last two of em is from telugu films (Tollywood). India is the country with the most number of languages spoken.

Yes i have seen these two films a several times. The first one is OSTHE, starring simbu(karthik silavarasan) , a romantic, action triller with comedy elements. What it is visible here is the comedy part which is actually rhetorical and exaggeration for the audience.

The second is a tamil film(kollywood), Dharmapuri starring Vijayakanth. The plot of the film is a crime over a small town, were the protagonist rise among the civilians as a leader to resist political crimes. So the refered scene was an inevitable and very much viral scene for showing the bravery of the leader. Even though it was unimaginably fictional and exaggerated, the posutive feedback about that expression in the scene is highly regarded.

Some comparable films in Hollywood is scary movie series, vampires suck, the epic movie etc. It all seems rhetorical to be explained but is enjoyed throughout.
