how can you donlowad the DEV version of the game?

I have got the link for the dev version, and have downloaded it, and it shows up im my documents. but for some reason i cant bring it up. Not shure how to brin it up can someone help me, please
Admire the flowering buds all you like...
However it's the thorns you need to be worried about

You need to click the link to download the .apk file on your mobile device
-After the .apk is finished downloading, you should be able to find it in your downloads
-Click on the downloaded file to install it
