Hi there!! I am always wondering what's the rule when several units come into a TC, and also one unit is inside. Which one will first receive the hits from the enemy?
It seems like a silly question, but it really matters a lot!!

The order of structure in the town center
The order of structure is so weird,example: first i move skirmisher into town center ,second archer, third swords man, fourth knight but the order is skirmisher at first, swords man at second, archer at third and knight at fourth.
And i also try again in another local game :first i move skirmisher, second move archer, third move swords man, fourth move knight and the order in town center is knight first ,swords man second,archer third and skirmisher fourth.
It the order system is random?

AFAIK
The damage is dealt: to the unit at the first slot.
When unit enters a carrier and it is the first unit to enter the carrier located at given coordinates this turn: it is put to the first slot.
When unit enters a carrier and it is not the first unit to enter given carrier located at given coordinates this turn: it is put to the first slot behind the previous unit that entered the carrier located at given coordinates this turn.
So when carrier unit moves: the place to which the next unit garrisoned in the carrier will be placed is reset back to first slot.
The order of units in carrier is not stored between turns, not even between multiple loadings of the same turn,
So to sum it:
In the time of damage dealing it is deterministic and using the order of units in the carrier.
But each change of active faction (which player's turn it is) or loading of save randomizes the current order.
