Heal rate of tc not upscaled
The heal rate of buildings has upscaled from 10 to 40, but that of tcs hasn't. I guess it should be upscaled from 4 to 16.

Thanks for the report.
I'd also increase the tcs heal rate to be the same of other buildings later.
Now that, in proportion, armor is lower than before, I think we can accept some more healing in tcs.
What do you think?

Maybe 30? The normal upscaling would be 16 so 20 isn't actually changing much.

ok but i would give lower healing for orcs (they are already having many hp i am afraid they will be unkillable if some big hp units camping in a tc)

In truth the same healing amounts as a straight values means the orcs heal less in % so that should work more for races like elves that with 40 hp get a 100% heal on many of their basic units.

For now i would like to avoid increasing heal rate of tcs too much.
It is already harder to assault tcs.
If we will increase heal rate too high than it will only make game longer.
Instead i would prefer to remove actual passive heal rate from tc and add researchable abilities/auras for it:
Bonus armor for units inside
Heal aura with range 0 (for units inside, activable)
Bonus attack aura (can be activable, like songs of siren)
Direct attack by tc
Ability that prevents tc from occupation for 1 turn (with cd)
Healing ability (ranged)
Bonus range aura (can be activable)

My suggestion would be to give each race their own variant of tc upgrades, but keep the current heal rate.
These would go well with the TC's built for each race, we could also make it so these are accessable through upgraded TC's if we choose to go that route. I plan to rework those tc upgrades images for each race.

Problem of giving each race own upgrades for tc is in the fact that this is only unit that is capturable and owned by all races.
Thus this must be planned carefully or we must add racial tcs and a way to auto-convert captured tc into tc of own race (requires coding from stratego).

For now i'd say we must go with 2-4 unified tech-locked abilities to all races for tcs.
Later we can add racial-based unlockable abilities for tc.
