Targeting change for towns issue

Hi, I've noticed in a skirmish game there appears to be a problem with stealth units in a town. Human skarn unit in a town appears to be non-attackable, whether with range, magic or melee, by undead units. I have tried with stealth detecting units adjacent to the town, but no luck.

Don't know if it impacts other races or not.

this is bad, i go check - probably changed with the new targeting logic - am i right?

ok i excluded all stealth units from the targeting check.
but as @Endru1241 said this new logic is not the best - so maybe later will change if we have a final good solution.

ok, fix is uos: Stealth units again attackable in TC-s
