Using "replay" effects do not removed?

Using "replay" effects do not removed?

I am using "Marksman" in a game, and activated the "longbow aimed shot",
and seems that when i used "replay" the -4 speed effect remained on my unit however the effect was no on unit anymore.

so maybe replay is not handling the removing effects properly?

or is it not the replay?

anyone saw this can you try if you see the same problem?
