Reveal terrain for stealth units

Reveal terrain for stealth units

Reveal spell should make the terrain anti shealth. ie, the spell should reveal the terrain tiles and applies a tag for those tiles in which stealth units can be visible. The spell tag should remain in tiles till the end of game.
