Board ship and Boarding hooks bug

Seems like the corsair ship, Carrack and Galleon have a problem with their skills.

Their board ship and hook seems to gave 0 range or -1

The "Board Ship" ability is still isn't fixed for Carrack and Galleon. Only the "Boarding Hooks" ability was fixed.

Sorry about that - I only noticed Boarding Hooks and misread here.

Now Board Ship is fixed in the assets for real.
