Add Aztec Priest in TC
It will encourage many player to use Aztect units if Aztec Priest also trainable in TC (the same case like Druid for Celtic).
There shall be times... when people across the world shall live in peace and harmony through their various diversities. I shall wait for it, even though it costs my life...

I think all healer/religious unit of every race should be found in the TC

If we will add as a requirement to train them a nation-based factory first than i think this might be fine.
For example if you want to train roman senator unit you need to build roman garrison first.

The closest fit would be 1 turn tech, I think.

But it is possible. In aof we locked this way from training grave diggers of undeads — you can't train them without constructed graveyard.
