Moving Varangian to Nordic Hall IMPLEMENTED

Moving Varangian to Nordic Hall IMPLEMENTED

I think Varangian, a Nordic Mercenary should be moved to the Nordic Hall. Since in the unit description, it's said that they were noted for being Famous Nordic Mercenaries.

I also see that Balearic Slinger, a mercenary was moved to gymnasion and roman garrison. For that, i see no problem moving Varangian to Nordic Hall.

I have added Varangian to also be recruited from Nordic Hall.

As for balance specific disscussion - I am splitting it.
