Builder units restructuring

Builder units restructuring
This is a very aggressive change to the game, but I feel as if it will be accurate. So, first off, rifleman will lose their ability to build/mend, but, they can throw grenades. They will be replaced by engineers, who won't lose any stats. But since you have to buy engineers, you will get them from the start. As a more expensive but faster building unit, we will have bulldozers. Is this a good idea, or am I stupid?

I think that dozers would be a good idea.
