Japanese officer (special unit)

I offer you dear developers to improve the "Japanese officer." The officer I believe should be a special ability of the unit. He must hold the infantry - fighting spirit. The officer adds an attack to the infantry by 50% (radius 3 cells). I suggested, because I see the Japanese officer as a weak and useless unit in the game.

To give the Japanese officer something special is interesting. It would give him more. In a radius of three fields, 25% attack power, defense and healing of subordinates should be achieved.
