Torpedo on Cruiser

Hi, what did you think about give torpedo as an ability for cruiser class ship? It can have a little better statistic as torpedo on submarines but it has a great countdown like 6 or 7 turn so it will not replace the submarines efficiency or their role

I completely agree. Destroyers also have torpedo as do some battleships, but this would have been rare to see a battleship shoot a torpedo.

yes, i would also vote for torpedoes on destroyers. but i wouldn't set the cooldown so high. more like 3-4 rounds.
yes, battleships always had torpedoes, too. but i wouldn't want to have them because they are special units due to their power from the cannons.
i wouldn't let the destroyer torpedoes shoot at submerged submarines either. yes, they would hit at periscope height, but they wouldn't reach the target during the actual dive. but since we can't distinguish between diving and periscope depth, i would, as i said, only let the destroyer torpedoes shoot at the normal ships.
