Radio ability

Scouts, Jeeps and Recon planes get a 5 ranged radio ability that can afflicted all enemies with "Radio Vulnerability".

Units with radios like tanks can get a radio attack (similar to poison attack but "Radio Vulnerability").

All your units with "Radio attack" gain a 20% damage bonus against enemy units with "Radio Vulnerability".

E.g. Panzer tanks have radios so they attack enemies and every attack thenafter deals more damage.

Effect of "Radio Vulnerability" wears off after 1 turn.

We could make it that infantry wouldn't get one shotted by artillery because artillery is too inaccurate without spotters radioing back vital information.
