The equipment for a tank crew to fully hide their tank from scouts, planes, and snipers this includes other ground vehicles.

The equipment would get a buff if the tank is in a forest or surrounded by nature

The net only works if the tank doesn't move or attack, but the only way for a scout to see it is for that scout to get next to it .

Its a bit op so the cost for the tech is 8
