Romania could have the ability to have improved production speed for tanks as it had a lot of oil?

i do not see the connection.
would you like romania as an additional country in the game?
if so, which units? and what does oil have to do with the illegality of production?

Romanian units could be part of the German forces and the oil fields in Romania could help supply tanks and planes (hence the increased production)
