i have updated hopefully all effect affects (spell/ability damages, unit changers) and propr changer technologies (ones that gives shield, power and such to units)

please use the new version and tell me if u see any problems - uos already.

these were not working i think, and will work from now:
these effects were not affecting anyone: Highborn training, Spear throw, Grey presence, Effect white, Tech tough scales

with those 4 you are right.
Can you check units and remove those effects/abilities so we can delete them?

i have fixed dthem - they are affecting as was intended (just was used wrong categroy naming referenced)

Highborn training, gray presence and spear throw abilities must not exist in the first place.
White breath (effect white) must be aoe heal, alas not sure if it is good idea for now.
Tech is fine for now.

I don't have the developer version yet. My question was, when will it be in the Google play store version of the game?

actually your question was if that is fixed or not
and yes it is fixed but not yet in google play (if that is the case i have not checked if it is published or not)

and you can check in this version log (an on each report topic) on forum
a) what is fixed
b) where is the fix (you see which version is published or not)

the when will be published to google play: on next update, that will be as soon as Makaw tells me it is publishable (he is testing it currently in dev version)
